APPA’s Supervisory Toolkit

Back by popular demand, APPA’s “Supervisory Toolkit: Nuts and Bolts of Facilities” will be offered at th University of Arkansas at Little Rock.  Participate in the exciting new program, developed for front-line supervisors and written by facilities professionals and trainers.

Why Train?

The educational facilities workplace has been transformed in recent years by a variety of forces. Intensified competition, advancing technology, changing values, and a global economy have created new possibilities as well as vulnerabilities. This transformation is changing the nature of management and the roles of supervisors.

Due to these changes, supervisors must develop a systematic approach toward organizing, managing, motivating, and meeting customer expectations. The traditional role of the supervisor/manager is no longer adequate. The new business environment demands leadership

Why Supervisor’s Toolkit?
